URGENT Job Announcement
DMI Ltd is a Singapore-based company specializing in human resources training in attitude change and capacity building. With more than 5 years of experience and exposure in South-East Asia, we have been growing to a stage where we need more challenge-friendly, aggressive, yet professional workforce. In order to speed up our operations in Cambodia, we need 2 (Two) full-time Sales/Marketing Executives:
Job Requirements:
- Possess creativity and integrity
- Take initiative, responsibilities and ownership of business transactions
- Focus on long-term goals (be able to see the big picture and business-minded)
- Be patient and willing to learn
- Be an excellent team player
- Be willing to go and stay abroad even for the long run or whenever required
- Look presentable and well-organized
- Hold at least Bachelor Degree in any field
- Be 20 to 30 of age
- Speak English (& Vietnamese is a plus)
- Have a good command of IT (MS Office, Data Processing, Video Software, Web Design)
NB: Although experience in (experiential) trainings is preferable, in this job, your attitude is more important than your qualifications!
Job Description:
- Market trainings and other products of the company, if required, to the wide public (individuals, companies, NGOs, etc) in the field, rather than stay in the office
- Write monthly reports to Business Development Manager
- Develop business and markets with creative & efficient strategies
- Follow up with potential clients
- Create and develop regularly database of clients
- Get involved in or facilitate activities organized by the team (including occasional weekend work)
- Assist Business Development Manger if need be
- Get paid only based on the volume of sales (A fixed salary will be provided only if monthly sales quotas are met. Sales above quotas will be compensated with additional commissions.)
